Instructions for the master proposal exam:

Please complete the forms and submit to the administrative office in the school of nursing (B637)

1. One month before the proposal exam, submit the following forms:

    o 8-1-3 Request for Thesis Title Review (論文題目大綱審查申請表)

    o 8-1-4 Proposal Defense Request Form (論文計劃口試審查申請表)

Additionally, provide these documents:

   o Transcripts (歷年成績單)

   o Academic Research Ethics Education Certificate (學術研究倫理教育課程AREE證書)

   o The first three chapters of the thesis (論文前三章)

2. On the day of the proposal exam, provide:

   o 8-1-5 Results & Comments for Thesis Proposal (護理系碩士班論文計畫口試審查意見表)

   o Receipt for Committee Members (領款收據)

   o Application form of payment for Committee Members(口試費用申請表)

   o B12-F063-01-en-學位論文主題專業領域相符審核表-Form for Reviewing the Professional Consistency of Dissertations

3. Master's thesis topics must match the specialty area and be submitted with the Proposal Defense Request Form. This form must be submitted at least three months before the degree examination, following approval by the Master's and 

  Doctoral Review Committee.

4. If necessary, after the proposal exam, resubmit any changes to the thesis topic to the office. This requires reapproval by the Master's and Doctoral Review Committee before applying for the degree examination. Ensure the exam application form's thesis topic matches the approved specialty area review results. The Review Committee meets twice each semester, in early September and November for the first semester, and early March and May for the second semester. Please adhere to these timelines. Late submissions will be deferred to the next available review session.
